There are a huge range of massage techniques that have been developed and Spa Orania also offers a variety of these techniques, including Sports Massage, Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Chi Nei Tsang, Swedish, Reiki, Pregnancy and baby massages, and cancer patient massages. Massages are aimed at reducing tension as well as other physiological benefits such as reduced blood pressure.
